Wine Tasting & Michelin Dishes

03/04 - 06/04: Bordeaux Primeurs paired with Michelin dishes

He was depicted as the "crazy" oenologist who wanted to standardize the wine world in "Mondovino" by Jonathan Nossiter. He is, however, considered the "wise man" of the vineyards, back in the ("terroir") and its truth. He has surrounded himself with some of the best chefs in France -including some celebrities! We are obviously talking about Michel Rolland, who will host a tasting of his wines at Château La Dominique in Saint-Emilion from April 3 to April 6 next week. On this occasion, 4 Michelin-starred chefs will propose a main dish to be served during the Primeurs Etoilés lunches at La Terrasse Rouge, the restaurant of Château La Dominique, located a stone's throw away from Cheval Blanc and Pomerol.

Chef Jean-François Piège will be present on Monday, April 3rd; Chef Pierre Gagnaire on Tuesday, April 4th, Chef Cyril Lignac on Wednesday, April 5th and Chef Alain Dutournier on Thursday, April 6th.

Michel Rolland's wines play with new wood, maximum extraction and optimal aromas, which makes them the ideal pairing for a cuisine of "character".
