Under the guidance of trained professionals who have an incredible experience in the culinary industry, you will choose and source your ingedrients for the menu of the day. Burgundy is known to be a very prominent region concerned with the culinary traditions of France. With incredible ingredients like chickens from Bourg-en-Bresse, wild mushrooms, snails, pigeons, quails, boar, venison and freshwater fish will be a few of the amazing ingredients that you will be choosing from.

The cuisine of Burgundy is very traditional in the sense, there are many French dishes that have been made using the exact same recipe for over a hundred years. Escargots à la Bourgogne, Boeuf Bourguignon, and Coq au Vin are just three of the famous regional dishes. As class begins, crisp white aprons accompany a glass of chilled Champagne. The menu is seasonal and market-inspired and highlights the small artisan food producers of the region. We prepare lunch together and learn classic techniques guests can use at home. After the cooking class in our atelier kitchen, guests sit down in our dining room and enjoy lunch paired with wines from the Burgundy Terroir.
