DAY 1:

Visit the village center of St Emilion it has an exceptional wine making heritage, a charming medieval village and has been listed by the UNESCO known for its Cultural landscape. Your guide will take you on to a private visit of the unmissable landmark of the region, the underground of Saint Emilion.

You will be able to visit, 4 monuments : the hermitage of Émilion, the Trinity Chapel and its medieval paintings, the catacombs as well as the underground church.

DAY 2:

Your bike is at your disposal at the Chateau.

Leave the hotel for a visit at Chateau de Ferrand.

Château de Ferrand invites you to discover the art of blending. Accompanied by the sommelier, taste the different grape varieties and educate your palate to make your own blend. A special moment where curiosity and concentration go together.

After the workshop, make yourself comfortable on the sofas in the Orangerie to taste 2 vintages of Ferrand accompanied by a gourmet slate.

The experience is 2 hours but count at least 3hours in total on the Chateau to have time to visit the Collection Bic (a collection of contemporary art, with all the works freely created with or inspired by the brand’s products. The BIC Collection of Contemporary Art currently features nearly 200 works from international artists, both well-established and emerging.)

DAY3:

During the morning ride your bicycle to Chateau Soutard (4,1 km / 13mn)

Experience the “Imprint” activity at Chateau Soutard, the mark of a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé wine is made in the cellar. Using a combination of different oak toasts, our cellar masters match and blend wines and wood species. Understand the importance of wood and its impact on the wine identity of Château Soutard, Saint Emilion High Classified wine, thanks to an exceptional tasting of different samples of wine being aged, taken directly from the barrel. You'll taste two Château Soutard wines to round off this workshop: a Grand Cru Classé and its second wine, Petit Soutard.

Lunch at leisure.

Visit Chateau la Dominique, experience the Delicacies of la Dominique, take a tour of the estate, then enjoy a sensory experience. Be initiated in the art of pairing our wines with chocolate – a partnership with Saint-Émilion’s Chocolaterie Maëlig.

Ride back to your hotel.
