4 -Day Andalusia Classic Tour

Day 1 - Seville

Seville soul tour

Discover the joys of colurful Seville and delve into its lively history. Your guide will reveal vibrant Seville´s secrets, starting with the legend that the city was founded by Hercules himself. You will explore the fascinating Mudejar Cathedral and its characteristic bell tower, named La Giralda. Next is the inspiring Alcazar palace, which is still an official residence of the Royal Family and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 2 - Seville

Spanish cooking class and market tour

During this guided tour, you will learn about locally grown products and participate in the selection of some ingredients that will be used later in the cooking class. You will also meet many vendors, some of whom have been there for generations. As we are located inside Triana Food Market, we can find the best fresh and seasonal ingredientes.

Our 3 hour hands-on Spanish cooking class consisting in a 4 course menu: cold soup, entree, main dish and dessert. Classes are taught by a professionally trained chef in English.

During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, as classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.

Day 3 - Cordoba

Alluring Cordoba

Discover Cordoba, one of Medieval Europe´s most important cities and cultural melting pot of Moorish, Christian and Jewish heritages. With your guide you will explore this Andalusian city´s colorful cobblestone alleyways. Beginning with the fortified castle, the Alcazar of the Christian Kings with its magnificent gardens and striking architecture, you will then move on to explore the charismatic Jewish quarter, a UNESCO world Heritage Site. Your last stop will be the Cathedral of Cordoba, formerly a Muslim site, which was converted into a Roman Catholic cathedral once Cordoba was conquered in 1236. Weave amongst the columns and arches of this spectacular example of Moorish architecture and feel the full significance of Cordoba´s intriguing history.

Day 4 - Ronda

Magical Ronda

This day trip will depart from your hotel in Seville. You will admire scenic views of the Andalusian countryside as we drive. On arrival in Ronda, gaze at the dramatic El Tajo gorge, an iconic natural landmark that slices the town into old and new districts.

You would be able to take photographs of the connecting Puente Nuevo bridge and then set out on an explorative stroll of the town with our guide. Wander through the vibrant Plaza de España and then visit the sacred structures of the Church of St Mary the Elder and the Church of the Holy Spirit. Listen to the town’s rich historical heritage from your guide before walking to Plaza de Toros, the oldest bullring in Spain. Visit the museum to see exhibits that speak eloquently of Spanish bullfighting traditions and see framed photographs of famous fans like Orson Welles and Ernest Hemingway.

Cross the impressive Puente Nuevo bridge, Ronda´s most famous landmark, which straddles the deep Gorge and connects the Moorish part of Ronda with the modern part of the city. Here you can truly appreciate the rugged gorge and the beautiful country landscape. There are many attractions worth visiting in Ronda. The Arab Baths, built at the end of the 13th century, are the best preserved in Spain. The old wall and gate to the city give a unique glimpse into Ronda´s Islamic past. The Palacio de Mondragon houses the municipal museum and has some spectacular gardens. It was built and residence of the Moorish King Abomelik and used later as a residence for King Ferdinand and Queen Isabelle. The city also has some impressive churches including the Church of the Holy Spirit and the Church of Santa Maria la Mayor. The Jardines de Cuenca (Cuenca Gardens) should not be missed as they are located on ledges over the Tajo and offer spectacular views of the countryside and city.
