On this "Art & Jerez" tour, you will visit a quite unique "bodega" in Jerez that only bottles aged sherries and that boasts an impressive collection of paintings from some of Spain's most celebrated artists. You will be guided by a wine expert, who will explain that their wines have no added sweeteners or coloring, they have not been filtered or cold-stabilized, and no sulfites have been added to them during the aging process, thus preserving their purity to the maximum and focusing on their selection and aging. In other words, these are genuine wines, authentic representations of each style and hence, well worth tasting. This particular way of bottling Jerez wines is known as "en rama" and in recent years it has boomed among the younger, fine and chamomile wine types.

After the winery visit and tasting, you will enjoy one of the most traditional shows in Andalusia: the "Dancing Horses". Watch horses and riders perform their famous display from your VIP seats in the arena at the Royal Andalusian Academy of Equestrian Art. This is, arguably, the finest live dressage performance in the world!

Following the performance, and to round off your day with a true Andalusian meal, you will enjoy a typical tapas dinner in one of Jerez’s finest tapas restaurants.
