In the morning, you will leave your hotel for an incredible day of wine tasting in the Valley. The day will kick off with an exclusive wine tasting at the Fantesca winery run by Susan and Duane Hoff. Next, you will head over to the beautiful wine estate of Darioush. This winery is owned by Darioush Khaledi and has a very strong Persian influence in terms of architecture and ambiance as an homage to his roots. The wines are known for their Bordeaux style as well as the use of the Shiraz grape. You will enjoy a guided visit to the property followed by an exclusive food and wine pairing session.
From here, you will make your way to another winery fascinated by the Bordeaux wine style, Cliff Lede. This wine estate is known to use Bordeaux varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc to produce some fine wines. The architecture is grand with influences from famous chateaux in the French wine region. You will taste the finest wines of the estate and enjoy a guided tour of the property.

Start off your day by heading over to the Schramsberg vineyards. This historic 200-acre wine estate is regarded as a California Historical Landmark. This was the birthplace of the first American sparkling wine using the Champagne Method. Discover the property and enjoy a tour and tasting in the estate.
After the tasting, you will visit a beautiful olive oil estate in Rutherford, Round Ponds, which has vineyards, gardens, and orchards. The wines, specialty food items and crops produced by this innovative property are grown substantially, using old-world techniques married with new-world innovations. Here, you will tour the property and taste Round Pond’s small lot of wines followed by the Il Pranzo gourmet lunch.
Later, head on to the beautiful Blankiet wine estate. The wines of this estate were described by Robert Parker as having, “unbelievable elegance and definition”. Tour the famous property and taste their best wines this afternoon.
For your evening meal, you will be going to the wine country gastro-pub in St. Helena. The artsy décor and delicious gourmet American menu pair incredibly with their selection of fine wines and craft cocktails.
For your last day in the Napa Valley, you will leave your hotel to go explore the stunning vineyards of the Promontory estate. This winery perched on top of the hills in Oakville is a daring endeavor that has changed the face of wine tourism in the region. Enjoy a private wine tour of the property in the morning, followed by an exclusive cask-tasting and vertical tasting of their prized vintages.
Upon returning to your hotel, you can choose to indulge in a therapeutic spa and wellness session at Meadwood’s 5-star health center. Discover the techniques of vinotherapy (the one incorporating grape and grape seeds), as well as a black walnut scrub and a detoxifying mud wrap made with local ingredients.
