Flavours of our Tradition

Welcome drink with the introduction at the Salento viticulture, guided tour of the vineyard and the cellar, tasting of 3 wines and local products (tomato sauce meatballs, pittule, frittini, vegetables in oil, baked products, cheese and salami).

Cooking Class

Welcome drink, cooking lesson of traditional pittule, fresh orecchiette pasta, typical pasticciotto (cream dessert), tasting of 2 wines with aperitif. Lunch or dinner with typical food from the region with a wine pairing.

Visits and tastings are available from Monday to Saturday upon availability (any request for Sunday will be managed ad hoc)
