Dyades, the restaurant in the heart of Domaine des Etangs

At Dyades, balance is found day after day, in every meal that is served: harmony between ingredients, between the rusticity of the restaurant's old stone interior and the refined nature of the culinary experience it offers, and between pleasure for the palate and the enjoyment of guests.

Dyades offers a number of different culinary experiences for guests to choose from, which evolve according to varying demands and special occasions. Dishes are created using the harvest from the vegetable garden at Domaine des Etangs and products carefully selected from some of the region’s best producers.
