This morning, head over to the iconic Medoc vineyards where you will explore a local Grand Cru property.
Following the tour and tasting, you will meet up with your chef Gaëlle in her high-tech kitchen that offers a panoramic view over the surrounding vineyards of Margaux.
After a Masters in philosophy and a career in advertising in Paris, Gaëlle decided to change track, and graduated from the Ferrandi School of French Culinary Arts. After working in the prestigious kitchens of the Hotel Bristol and the Ritz in Paris, she decided to head south to Bordeaux and its vineyards.
Today, Gaëlle takes pleasure in passing on her expertise, developed through her long-term relationship with Bordeaux's most prestigious wine properties, through cookery classes and a table d'hôtes.
At the end of the class, you will enjoy your meal paired with wines from the property you explored earlier in the day.
