The Côté Cours Cooking School is located in the contemporary conservatory overlooking the vibrant citrus garden of Le Saint James. With space for up to 12 people in each class, guests can choose to take part in a themed class, world cooking, after-work apéritif or learn the recipes of our Michelin-starred restaurant. The “Little Chefs” package is available for children to learn the art of fine and tasty cuisine in their spare time. Private and professional use of the classes can be booked exclusively through the hotel.

Côté Cours also has a shop area where participants can find a selection of the Chef's favorite products.

Côté Cours is closed in July & August.
