Located in the heart of Bordeaux, and conducted by the young and talented Chef Nicolas Nguyen Van Haï, the restaurant Le Chapon Fin is an institution of the town. Founded in 1825, the restaurant as always been a famous place where artists, authors, politicians and culinary critics used to meet. Toulouse-Lautrec often came to dine with his friend, the journalist Paul Berthelot. Sacha Guitry swore by the tournedos diplomate, while Sarah Bernhardt was a great fan of the ortolans… Thanks to its particular Belle Epoque decoration created in 1901 by the architect Cyprien Alfred-Duprat, its refined cuisine and its large selection of French and international great wines, Le Chapon Fin offers you a gourmet experience during a timeless moment.
