In Greek mythology, Gaia is the personification of the Earth, the ancestral mother of all life: the primal Mother Earth goddess.
The concept of Gaia perfectly matches the winery’s organic philosophy: “We are committed to organic agriculture while improving our land’s biodiversity. We believe that the healthier the vineyard, the better the fruit and, of course, the wine. By nourishing the land and treating it with respect, it will give us back its finest fruits” claims Anne Bousquet, President and Partner.
The entire team endeavors to preserve traditional cuisine and practices organic gardening in order to supply the restaurant. Our main goal is to provide homemade, flavorsome and healthy food following practices that do not harm the environment in any way. Ruled by fair prices for consumers and fair conditions and payment for suppliers, we promote the development of small local businesses.
In Gaia Restaurant guests are delighted by our seasonal tasting menus that evolve according to the regional market offerings and the fruits and vegetables available in our organic gardens on each season.
