Nicolas Magie's Other Table
Every evening at 7.30pm, from Tuesday to Saturday, the starred Chef of Le Saint-James leaves his kitchen to do a preview tasting of his new creations.
This test dinner takes place in a room next to Nicolas Magie's kitchen: the table can be reserved for 1 to 8 guests.
On the menu: 6 to 7 dishes inspired by products from the market, prepared in mini portions and paired with a selection of wines, all served by the Chef and his team.
'It's a bit like having dinner in the kitchen, as close as possible to the oven', explains Nicolas Magie. With this unique table and the experience that accompanies it, he wishes to weave a privileged bond, to create a complicity and establish a dialogue with the clientele of Le Saint-James.
