Our sommelier opens the doors of one of the largest cellars in France for an oenology class.

To further enhance your knowledge and appreciation of wines, the head sommelier proposes oenology classes during which you will have the opportunity to visit the wine cellar, with its 50 000 bottles, and taste the best growths of the region, before partaking in a food and wine pairing menu.

Classes from 9.30 a.m to 12pm followed by a a food and wine pairing lunch.
