Morning : You will start your day with a pause in the southern part of Beaujolais, known as the Golden Stones area. The vines of the AOC Beaujolais grow on this beautiful soil of limestone, full of iron oxide. After driving through lovely villages surrounded by vines and rolling hills, you will visit a local wine estate. You will immediately be immersed in the friendly atmosphere of Beaujolais when you will meet the winemaker producer. You will taste several red wines but also white and mavbe some a rosés. After a good lunch in a local restaurant, you will be heading north to the wines of the Crus' route.
Afternoon: You will be able to observe the variety of landscapes that adds to the richness of this terroir. The 10 Crus follow and touch each other but none is the same, each one has its specificity and unique taste. Come and taste several of them side by side, you will be surprised ! You will push the door of another winery just as charming as the first one, where you will taste other wines with this beautiful red cherry colour and flavors of redcurrant, blackberry and raspberry.
