St Hugo Restaurant

A collaboration between our Executive Chef and St Hugo Chief Winemaker, all of our dishes are designed to complement the power and elegance of St Hugo wines.

Each menu item starts by placing the wine first, overlaying flavourings and seasonal produce to create the truly memorable and delicious flight of dishes that form our four or eight-course tasting menus.

Our chef's bring their innate knowledge of regional and seasonal produce to the fore, crafting exquisite dishes that celebrate the best of the Barossa, and drawing on his deep understanding of food and wine pairing to perfectly accent the St Hugo collection.

The best seat in the house, is at the Chef’s Table. Overlooking the open kitchen, this intimate setting allows you to watch the chefs at work and chat with them as they prepare your menu. Enhance your meal with the Chef’s Table Experience, which begins with a walk through the vineyard and kitchen garden, and an exclusive wine tasting in the private tasting room.
