Pick up at your hotel in Bordeaux. 

Meet your private English-speaking guide driver, who will lead you up to the northern Médoc, with Pauillac as your first destination for an exclusive wine tour. Like the best of the appellation, Château Pédesclaux reflects its terroir: complex. In this mosaic of soils, the clay promotes power, while the gravel enhances elegance. Enjoy a guided and commentary tour of the property, including a visit to the 100% gravity flow winery and barrels cellar, followed by a tasting of two estate wines paired with two “pur terroirs” chocolates from the Bordeaux chocolatier Hasnaâ.

Head to Saint-Estèphe for an exclusive experience at Château Phélan Ségur.With its unique architecture, panoramic view of the Gironde, and the nobility of its terroir, Château Phélan Ségur stands as a classic reference. A Château manager will guide you through a vertical tasting of three vintages.

LUNCH
Enjoy a lunch in a fine gourmet restaurant with fresh and local food, that your driver will recommend (to be paid onsite). 

Option: Enjoy a lunch in the private dining room of the Château Phélan Ségur, the family home. Depending on the season, lunch may also be served in the park. The Chef invites you to discover “The Gourmet Vintage,” a modern take on the great classics of French gastronomy, alongside the property’s management.

AFTERNOON
End your day with a private tour at Château Pichon Baron, which is one of the Médoc's prestigious Grand Cru Classé estates. With a history dating back to 1855, its vineyards cover 73 hectares of exceptional terroir, producing powerful and elegant wines that embody the essence of the region.
