Day 1: Florence
Arrival at Florence airport
Depending upon your arrival time -take a private guided, walking tour of the ancient city of Florence to learn about the history and art of the region.
Check in to your hotel
Dine at local Trattoria da Burde, where sommelier and wine blogger Andrea Gori will talk you through the wines of the region over a traditional dinner.

Day 2: Discover Chianti with the Antinoris
Transfer by private car to your first winery visit: Antinori Nel Chianti Classico
The Antinoris are the kings of Tuscan wine, and this spectacular modern winery tells their story, which spans over six hundred years of wine making.
Your visit and wine tasting will be followed by lunch at Rinuccio 1180 overlooking the extraordinary Chianti landscape and vineyards.
After lunch, continue in your private car down the coast to Tenuta di Biserno, the personal project of Lodovico Antinori in Alta Maremma, coastal, western Tuscany. Situated amongst the hills of Bibbona the estate enjoys beautiful views towards the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Upon arrival you will enjoy an exclusive guided tour of the Estate of Biserno and you will discover the range of wines. This evening a food and wine matching dinner will be served in a private dining room of the Relais.
You will spend a night in the country Relais at the heart of the vineyard.
Day 3: The Tuscan coast
After breakfast, your private car will drive you down the coast to Rocca di Frassinello winery with the revolutionary Renzo Piano and the Etruscan Exhibition, which explains the ancient roots of wine making here dating back almost three millennia.
Enjoy an exceptional wine & art tasting before you continue on to Michelin star restaurant La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini at L'Andana.
After lunch transfer to the luxurious Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco. Here, you will spend the next two nights at the heart of one of the oldest and best-preserved estates in Tuscany. Fashion icons Massimo and Chiara Ferragamo founded this 5,000-acre country estate in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
You can choose from 23 suites or 11 one-of-a-kind luxury Tuscan villas in 17th and 18th century farmhouses. The villas feature private heated pools, terraces, pergolas and gardens. They are all furnished with antique furniture, locally crafted textiles and artisanal accessories.

Day 4: Discover Castiglion del Bosco
Today will be spent enjoying the Castiglion del Bosco winery hospitality.
After a tasting and visit to the winery you can take a cookery class followed by lunch at Osteria la Canonica Cooking School, where you will learn how to transform fresh local ingredients into delicious, authentic Tuscan dishes using traditional cooking skills.
Classes begin in the organic kitchen garden before moving indoors to the interactive atmosphere of the kitchen.

Enjoy a picnic in the vineyards: a gentle hike along winding trails, immersed in nature and surrounded by stunning panoramic views of Montepulciano, leads to an inviting patio overlooking the vineyards, where an authentic Tuscan picnic awaits using produce harvested from the estate’s organic kitchen garden.
Dine tonight at the Ristorante Campo Del Drago.
Day 5: Wellness, golf and wine
Take a morning off relaxing at the spa or on the estate’s breath-taking 18- hole golf course, designed by the winner of the British Open, Tom Weiskopf.
Travel to the Icario Estate in Montepulciano for an ultra modern winery experience and art gallery, followed by lunch on their terrace enjoying the stunning panorama, as well as the food and wine matching lunch.
Transfer to Castello Banfi - Il Borgo your home for the last two nights of this wine holiday.
The first night here you will be hosted for a private dinner at the Chef’s table.
Day 6: Explore Banfi
Banfi is a wine and food lover’s paradise, after discovering the winery, a personal wine tasting will be organised at the enoteca to introduce you to the range of wines followed by lunch at La Taverna.
A relaxing afternoon where you can discover the grounds, enjoy a massage at the spa, discover the balsamic vinegar production or the bottle and glass museum.
You final dinner this evening will be at La Sala dei Grappoli gourmet restaurant.
Day 7: Arrivederci!
After breakfast, your driver will take you back to Florence or to Rome’s airport.
