The peculiarity of the restaurant overlooking the sea is its cuisine, defined by the Chef himself as a kind of “Tuscan-Campana fusion”. In fact, Trapani skilfully blends the traditions and stories of his native Piano di Sorrento with creativity, peculiarities and local products, giving life to ever-surprising courses, in which his genuine and personal imprint confers completely original characteristics. The flavours and reliability of the local products, always being fresh and simple, are the master. It is a feature that determines a continuous renewal of the same menu, able to propose to guest ideas that are always new and stimulating.

The proximity of the sea, the excellence of the internal spaces and the influence of the Neapolitan cuisine give life to a gastronomic itinerary unique in its kind.
