Alpasión Restaurant currently serves a four-course menu of traditional Argentine cuisine with a gourmet touch, which carries the personal seal of our talented resident chef: Hector Ordenes. We are open daily for lunch and dinner by reservation only.
The restaurant seats up to twenty-five people in a cozy and intimate setting overlooking the Andes Mountains. On beautiful warm days we invite guests to enjoy their meal in the outside lounge area and on cooler nights guests are invited to move inside and enjoy their meal next to the fire.
The cooking techniques used in the restaurant focus on fire: BBQ or parrilla, which are clay oven and cast iron casseroles put over wood. Most of the produce and herbs used in the restaurant come from our own garden and the rest of our ingredients are sourced locally. Of course, all dishes pair perfectly with our own wines, as well as a selection of other wines we have available from the region.
