Oustau de Baumanière

At the table of l’Oustau de Baumanière, a 3-star Michelin restaurant, the present times pay tribute to the past times: the past allows the present to express its creativity. When the founding father, Raymond Thuilier used to be the Chef, the cuisine was rich and creamy. His grandson, Jean-André Charial, added his own touch, a pure and subtle style. Nowadays, he prepares colorful and lively cuisine.

Jean-André Charial demonstrates his passion and generosity by collaborating with Glenn Viel, a young creative Breton Head Chef. They propose creations in which they revisit the classics of this house, highlighting products evolving towards modernity and respecting the tradition inherited from Mr. Thuilier.
