The Cuisine

With a passion for fresh, local ingredients, the Appellation kitchen team are guided by the seasonal Barossa rhythms, just as our famous winemaking neighbours are. We harvest from the kitchen garden, bake our own bread, butcher and cure our own meats with a 'nose to tail' ethos. Our Appellation menu varies nightly in order to take full advantage of seasonal bounty and our extensive network of local growers and suppliers.
