A Margaux Tale...
Regional Winner in the 2019 Best of Wine Tourism competition, the Château Prieuré-Lichine has been welcoming visitors for many years.
When Alexis Lichine, known as the “Pope of Wine”, takes possession of the estate in 1951, he restores its notoriety by endowing it with new soils, modernizing the installations and rebuilding the ancestral ecclesiastical dwelling.
Now owned by the Ballande group, the estate continues its history and development, while perpetuating a unique sense of hospitality. An unforgettable visit.
