Respect for the seasons, knowledge of the Luberon's best produce, high-quality and traceability are what bring the weekly menu to life. The wine list is particularly focused on Rhone wines but also features the best names from other regions. Our menu is a unique opportunity for our favorite small, local suppliers to rub shoulders with some of the world’s most prestigious wine producers. Prices are deliberately controlled in order to share our love of wine and wine making with the wider world.
