We begin the tour with a white wine fermented in barrels in the Family’s Gallery. After that, with a wine glass in our hand, we head for the place where Luis Cañas himself contemplates his vineyards from: The Viewpoint.
The Viewpoint is a glazed space at the foot of the vineyard, which we have created just for you. From there, taking in the unique topography of the land that surrounds us, we will taste a wine, discuss the influence of the climate, show you the characteristics of the soil and the different varieties of grape that we grow. We will continue our tour of the winery to find out about selection criteria, vinification and the aging of wine, before finishing with an appetizer and our Family Selection Reserve wine in the Wine Bar.
