On this easy and enjoyable cycling tour Burgundy offers, we will discover some of the most admired vineyards in the region.
We will start the day with a short briefing to cover the terrain specifications, rythm and general information about Burgundy cycle routes and day ahead. Once our helmets are on, we will ride along the country roads among the vineyards of Pommard, Volnay and Meursault - right in the heart of the Côte de Beaune region, in Burgundy.

Our first stop while biking in Burgundy, France will be at Château de Pommard, one of Burgundy's most celebrated wines estates. Just three kilometres south from Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy, the ancient vineyard of Clos Marey-Monge sits close to the centre of the Côte d’Or. Château de Pommard is the largest private Clos in Burgundy and in the words of their owner, they have three simple ambitions: to always work in harmony with the laws of nature, to maintain a hands-off approach and let the vintage do all the talking. We will explore the property and the impressive cellars before tasting their wines, which are sold exclusively at the property. There are plenty of tours of cycling around Burgundy in France to discover the beautiful wine regions therein.
After the tasting, we'll hop back on our bikes and enjoy the short ride to Château de Meursault, where you will enjoy a chic picnic lunch among the vines.
