For cheese and wine pairing lovers

You will discover the fabulous wine of the Northern Rhône Valley made with the fruity Viognier and the peppery Syrah along with another local speciality, which is certainly worth the trip for people who love "food & wine" pairing: the Rigotte de Condrieu, a lovely goat cheese !

To reach the goat cheese farm you will drive through the

legendary land of Côte-Rôtie and and the Pilat Natural Regional

Park, not far from Lyon, but where you'll discover an area of

authenticity where the locals take pride in sharing their produce.

After climbing the steep hills (aboard the minibus, of course !) of

one of the oldest French vineyards, we will stop in a typical farm

of the Pilat Park, where you will have the chance to meet a

cheese producer and learn about the cheese fabrication. You'll

of course get to see the goats close up and even pat them if you

wish before leaving the farm with some delicious cheese, which

you will pair with 5 different local wines of a winery nearby.

Your taste buds will remember the taste of the Côte-Rôtie,

Condrieu, Saint-Joseph (best wines of our area and the

wonderful local cheese for quite a while!
