After your arrival and check-in into your luxurious hotel, you will start your day with a visit of the beautiful city of Madrid. In the afternoon, you will be guided through the Prado Museum or the Reina Sofia Museum, accompanied by an expert.

On this day, you will embark on an exclusive visit of Segovia and Avila region a few minutes away from Madrid to discover two of the most monumental cities of Castilla y León. These cities have been inscribed in history for the iconic Roman battles, Gothic palaces, castles, towers, cathedrals, and are home to the most famous Roman aqueduct in the world. Followed by this you could also visit Aranjuez, a World Heritage Site, famous for its Royal Palace.

For this day, you will take a trip to Jerez. After your arrival in Jerez, you will embark on a leisurely tour of the city. You can explore within the walls of the Alcázar de Jerez, with its gardens, an octagonal guard tower and Baños Árabes (Arab baths) all surmounted by a dome. Within the complex there is also Palacio Villavicencio, of Baroque style, whose tower has a dark room, an optical device that offers a view of the city. Close by is the beautiful Cathedral of Jerez with Baroque, neoclassical and Gothic architectural styles. The Museo Arqueológico exhibits regional art as well as objects from ancient Rome and other ancient civilizations.
The city of Jerez is famous world-wide for its production of fine Sherry. This fortifies wine is produced in a unique manner. Apart from dedicated grape varieties and stipulated ageing times, the wine is fermented and aged in a peculiar way- with the help of the ‘solera system’. This has been the traditional way of producing fine sherry for centuries in this region. On this day of the tour, you will be able to visit two famous wine houses in the region that produce Sherry which is exported all over the globe. You will enjoy exclusive guided visits to the fermentation tanks and the ageing cellars where the magic takes place. From there you will be taken for a special wine tasting and food pairing session involving some local gourmet delicacies.
For your last day in Jerez, you will visit a unique "bodega" in Jerez that only bottles aged sherries and that boasts an impressive collection of paintings from some of Spain's most celebrated artists. You will be guided by a wine expert, who will guide you through their cellars.
After the winery visit and tasting, you will enjoy one of the most traditional shows in Andalusia: the "Dancing Horses". Here you will watch horses and riders perform their famous display from your VIP seats in the arena at the Royal Andalusian Academy of Equestrian Art. This is, arguably, the finest live dressage performance in the world! Following the performance, and to round off your day with a true Andalusian meal, you will enjoy a typical tapas dinner in one of Jerez’s finest tapas restaurants.
