David Swain and Sharon Romeo, the ever-present hands-on owners of Fino, bring huge experience and skills to their restaurants. They have both worked exclusively in the restaurant industry in Adelaide and Melbourne for several decades.

David and Sharon revel in providing their customers delicious, beautifully crafted shared food and a thoughtful, finely balanced wine list delivered with consummate professionalism, love and care.
