We select a range of our finest wines, chosen from exclusive new releases and rare back vintages. Our sommelier and executive chef then collaborate to plan a meticulous menu that perfectly matches and highlights each of the wines you will be tasting. The freshest local ingredients are selected along with herbs, vegetables and bush tucker from our biodynamic gardens, handpicked fresh that day.
You will be personally taken through each of the courses, with your host talking about the nuances of each wine and how and why the flavours of the matching dish have been selected. They will also introduce you to the fascinating biodynamic practices we employ and how that helps bring the true terroir of the region to the wine.
While away an afternoon gazing out over our vines and watching the local wildlife while you are treated to a wine and dining experience you’ll never forget. Margaret River will stay with you long after you have left.
