Locavore - Our Farm to Table Philosophy

A 'locavore' has a passion for finding produce in season from local sources and artisan producers. Working with ingredients from the Annandale farm and edible gardens, our chef will take guests through the growing cycles, flavour combinations and techniques.

The cooking demonstration is followed by a shared lunch that will be matched with South Island wines or craft beer.
