Originally from Aragon province in Spain, he created Vinedos Puertas and transformed it into one of the most important wine producers in the central region of Chile.
The vineyards comprised 80 hectares of fieldsirrigated by water flowing from the Andes mountains. The company focused on selling grappes and bulk wines as well as custom winemaking lending its services to the country’s largest winemakers and fomenting employment and development in the region.
