A family run business founded by Jose Puertas Pons in 1950. Originally from Aragon province in Spain, he created Vinedos Puertas and transformed it into one of the most important wine producers in the central region of Chile.

The vineyards comprised 80 hectares of fieldsirrigated by  water flowing from the Andes mountains. The company focused on selling grappes and bulk wines as well as custom winemaking lending its services to the country’s largest winemakers and  fomenting employment and development in the region.

All the year round, Vinedos Puertas operates sustainably and follows ethical practices, directed toward both the employees and the clients. It starts from the rootstocks selection according to climate and soil conditions to the harvest time when the process the grapes in the modern wine cellar equipped with the latest technology and staff by their highly qualified top notch personnel.
