In the 18th century, while the famous avenue of Epernay was still called "Faubourg de la Folie", a wine merchant in Champagne had built his family home. It is now completely renovated, smoothly and soberly, like the Leclerc Briant house.

Assisted by the design agency Ramsey and Krause, Leclerc Briant conducted a renovation full of respect and emotion. The soul of the house is preserved through the living rooms, the five bedrooms, the terrace and the park.

This project aims to revive the original history of the house and the passion of its first occupant for the discovery of the world.

On the ground floor, we discover a large room dedicated to gastronomy. In resonance with the idea of travels, the walls were covered with Eldorado, a wallpaper by the Zuber manifacture whose wooden printing boards, created in 1848, are nowadays classified as "Historical Monuments".

On the floors, each of the rooms has its own singularity, in a warm and refined decor where attention has been paid to every detail. Many items of furniture or decoration have been preserved from previous owners and complete the more comtemporary design elements.
