The wine tour includes a guided tour of the vineyards of our own production in the heart of the Itria Valley, visit of the traditional masseria from the '700 with the original trulli from the' 600, visit of the new cellar with explanation of the phases of vinification and tasting of a selection of their wines accompanied by taralli, typical friselline with tomato and basil, olives, dried broad beans.
