We are the perfect place for you get slose to nature and have fun learning how to launch a falcon into flight. A varied range of Birds of Prey will be on display during the class and you will even have the opportunity to wear the falconer’s glove!

Following this thrilling experience, you will go on a tour of our estate, including the iconic "La Tonda" vineyard and finally sit down for lunch on our panoramic terrace. Here you will taste 4 of our premium wines (more available upon request) beautifully paired with our specifically designed menu.The whole experience takes up to 5 hours.
