Since 5 generation, the De Stefani Family has been producing quality wines, starting in the second half of the 1800 in Refrontolo, a small vintage in the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene hills, the famous area of the Prosecco. Today in Fossalta di Piave, the tradition keeps going following the rule of “quality without compromise” in a very sustainable way.
We produce wines with a sustainable viticulture following organic and biodynamic principles, using natural fertilization, indigenous jests coming from our vineyards and renewable energy from solar panels that provide 100% of the electric power needed. We also produce natural wines, the orange wines, with no added sulfites and no filtration.
