ITINERARY
Day 1: Bariloche
Transfer from Bariloche airport to your cozy mountain lodge on the shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi, a few miles away from the town of Bariloche.
Afternoon sightseeing throughout the town's outskirts, also enjoying a short chairlift ride atop Mt. Campanario for stunning views of surrounding peaks and lakes.
Rest or relax at the spa at your accommodation, Aldebaran Boutique Hotel until dinner time.
This evening we explore one of Argentina’s culinary landmarks, delicious Patagonian lamb & steak, barbecued over wood fires at El Patacón Grill.

Day 2: Bariloche
The day will start with an easy walk at Llao Llao hill (effort level: easy / 2-3 hours). We walk through native forests and find the perfect spot for our picnic lunch and casual wine tasting of Patagonian wines, while admiring breath-taking sights of the surrounding peaks and lakes.
Return to your lodge, and afternoon at leisure.
Tonight we dine at Cassis, a regional classic restaurant that combines European trends with exquisite Patagonian ingredients (an optional culinary experience/cooking class can be arranged too).

Day 3: Villa La Angostura - Sailing
Take a scenic drive along the lakeshore to Villa La Angostura in the morning. Villa La Angostura is a small mountain village with buildings made of stone and wood, in harmony with a stunning landscape of lush forests, lakes and rivers of crystalline waters.
Check in at Las Balsas, the Relais & Chateaux residence on the shores of the magical Lake Nahuel Huapi.
It’s now time to board an elegant wooden sail boat, and sail away on the deep glacier waters as we enjoy exquisite Patagonian delicatessens and a wine flight over lunch on board.
Rest of the day at leisure away, or perfect time to enjoy a massage at the hotel's spa.

Day 4: Villa La Angostura - Trekking at Quetrihue Peninsula & Sailing excursion
After breakfast, 7 miles trek (effort level: moderate / 3 hours)* on the beautiful rolling hills of the Quetrihue Península to reach the cinnamon tonalities of the Arrayanes National Forest, a small natural reserve at the tip of the peninsula. Along the way, we enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch,
Later, onboard a catamaran to sail back to the village for the best gelatto in North Patagonia.
Return to the lodge for an evening on your own to explore the village's rich palette of regional and international cuisine.

Day 5: San Martin de los Andes
In the morning, scenic drive along the picturesque Ruta de los Siete Lagos "Seven Lakes Route" to the quaint mountain village of San Martin de los Andes.
Mid-afternoon arrival to Río Hermoso Lodge, an elegant property of only seven rooms, located a few miles away from town.
Evening visit to the village... It’s now time for a wine flight and grilled pizzas at a locals' favorite spot.

Day 6: Departure
Depending on flight schedule, your choice of morning at leisure at the lodge or time for lunch in town. Transfer to San Martín de los Andes Airport to board connecting flights.
