Cava is a Spanish born sparkling wine version of Champagne, made using the same Champenoise double fermentation method. For this fun hands-on experience, you will be required to wear protective gear, helmet and coat. You will also experience guided visits of two wineries including tastings of sparkling and still wines plus a wine-paired tapas lunch.
