Bodega Cordano, better known as Almacen la Capilla, is located in Carmelo, Colonia Estrella. It was founded by Antonio Cordano in 1855 with the purpose of supplying the neighborhood with merchandise and being a meeting place for friends.
This old farmhouse surrounded by a natural and peaceful environment is the starting point for an incredible biking tour. In addition to touring the fields and vineyards of the area you can discover the charm of this small town that has one of the oldest chapels in the country.
The San Roque chapel, founded in 1870, is perfectly preserved and today, it hosts many weddings. It is located in the heart of the Uruguayan Tuscany, near Carmelo, about 2 hours away from Buenos Aires by ferry.
