The place is unique and mysterious, between vines, trees and wild grass. It is in the old protestant chapel of Chateau Guiraud, built in 1784 by the Guiraud family, that La Chapelle, the new restaurant of Nicolas Lascombes, has opened. Chateau Guiraud and La Chapelle have a limpid common ambition: to prolong and to enhance the "Guiraud experience" via inspired local cuisine.
A local and organic way of cooking, with a southwest region's touch, in which seasonal products meet dishes from Gascogne. The richness of the cuisine is based on the savoir-faire of the best local producers.
