The hotel-restaurant has been built by Olivier leflaive in 2006 in a 17th Century building situated in the center of Puligny-Montrachet village. Her daughter, Julie Leflaive, making it a familial place, directs it.
Ideally located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Olivier Leflaive Hôtel**** is a unique subtle mixture of tradition and modernity. This is the perfect place to discover our prestigious appellations such as Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Volnay, Pommard, Chassagne-Montrachet, and 15 minutes driving from the historical center of Beaune.
The lounge and the terrace are the perfect place to relax, discover our wines and to plan your visits in the region. The bar and Bistro are open from 9am to 11pm so you can have a drink and a snack all day long.
In the same building, our Gastronomic Restaurant (only open for dinner, opening soon), proposes a good variety of menus, which can be paired with a selection of wines, commented by our sommeliers.
Rooms are very spacious (up to 55m²), all equipped with : a king size bed (Treca 180x200), convertible on request into 2 single beds, kettle, office area, air conditioning, free WiFi, minibar, flat screen TV with international channels, courtesy tray, safe, slippers, bathrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and Clarins © hotel amenities, with bath or/and walk-in shower and separate WC. Pets not allowed.
The pioneer of wine tourism in Burgundy, Olivier Leflaive, invites you to an immersive and educational tour of his Domaine in Puligny-Montrachet, leaving from the hotel. For 90 minutes, follow a guided walking tour among the World Heritage listed climats of Puligny-Montrachet. Our sommelier will explain: Terroir (geology, pedology, climate), classification (history, structure), viticulture in Burgundy
The vineyard tour is followed by a 1 hour cellar tour to enjoy a glass of Burgundy with us during the presentation the family’s Puligny-Montrachet cellars and winemaking. You will learn more about: harvests, fermentation, barrel aging, bottling… and so much more.
