Clos Apalta Winery
Clos Apalta's gravitational wine cellar -with six underground levels and about 25 meters deep- was built especially to produce the iconic wine Clos Apalta, and the new wine, Le Petit Clos. In this cellar, each space is warmly illuminated, with a sacred atmosphere that evokes the celestial vault and the constellation of the Cross of the South, where the aging wines rest, in constant contact with the wood from our barrels.
