Le Gabriel, founded in 2009, was acquired at the beginning of 2019 by Château Angélus. It has passed then into the hands of a family who are deeply attached to the region and its prestige –the de Boüard de Laforest.

Set within an elegant XVIIIth century building with an unobstructed view over the famous Place de la Bourse as well as Bordeaux’s emblematic “water mirror”, Le Gabriel, directed by Chef Alexandre Baumard, offers, on three floors, a bar that serves pastries and creative cocktails, a bistro featuring regional, enticing and generous cuisine, as well as a gastronomic restaurant called «L’Observatoire».
