A sense of total immersion takes place as we demystify Burgundy classification, Santenay appellation, and the historical Château de la Crée. Each plot possesses its unique terroir, and we discuss the impact it holds and how its elements can be savored in the glass.
During a break at the windmill Sorine, we taste a wine with our feet in the vineyards while enjoying the magnificient view. After a 10km (6 miles) ride, the experience concludes with a tasting of three additional wines, led by one of our wine experts.Tastings can take place in the comfort of our stunning 15th Century vaulted cellar. We also encourage outdoor tastings in the Clos du Château.
