Taste, sip and savour French cuisine
Learn from the best, our Chef, Mr. Bichon, will be demonstrating his cooking talent right in front of your eyes using locally-sourced produce and French dishes that have given him the title he deserves. During this cooking demonstration, you will hear about the local ingredients and how best to combine taste and flavours resulting in exquisite dishes. Immerse yourself in French cuisine and take your senses and tastebuds on a journey.
Mr. Bichon has been in the industry for over 30 years working in a number of resturants rising to the ranks of managing a Michelin-starred resturant for many years. He then took a step back and setup this own restaurant in the Loire Valley in a beautiful historic village not far from Chateau De Jalesnes. He cooks for fine-dining restaurant to hundreds of people at weddings, events and parties.
This experience starts at Chateau De Jalesnes, from where you will be taken to Mr Bichon's restaurant for an apéritif and the cooking demonstration. Afterwards, you will be rewarded with a five-course dinner with wines to pair for each dish. Once this fantastic dinner experience is complete, you will be brought back to Chateau De Jalesnes to enjoy a digestif in the Chateau's salon.
