WINE TASTING

You can choose between 3 kinds premium Apulian wine-tastings:

- Wine tasting of 1 dry white wine, 1 dry rosè wine, 3 dry red wines, 1 sweet red wine and 1 sweet white wine

- Wine tasting of 1 dry white wine, 1 dry rosè wine, 1 dry red wine accompanied with finger food (1 kind of traditional ham and cheese)

- Wine tasting of 1 white dry wine, 1 dry rosè wine, 1 dry red wine accompanied by finger food ( local bread, and "tagliere" with 3 different kinds of traditional ham and cheese, rosolio and coffee)

"UBRIACO"

Unique tasting experience of italian flavors: tomatoes, origano and onion taralli, a bottle of red wine (Negroamaro, Primitivo or Nero di Troia) “Caciocavallo Ubriaco” (local caciocavallo cheese seasoned in a bucket of Primitivo wine) tomato jam, capers and chives.

“BUONO DI NATURA”

Trani Moscato : a sweet white wine carefully paired with intorchiate (traditional braid-shaped buiscuits with almond) and a little "trullo" bottle of almond liquor.

“SPUNTINO DI MEZZANOTTE”

The perfect romantic treat during your holiday... Prosecco millesimato, smoked caciocavallo cheese with pepper jam, vanilla and mint, salty taralli with almond.
