The program includes a briefing from the Chef at the beginning of the class, explaining his origins, his cooking styles after which he will be going through the kitchen and explaining the material, safety rules and finally he will hold a discussion about the menu that will be cooked. Once the cooking class takes place, and while you're cooking you'll be abe to get to know a bit more about the chef as well as the restaurant and the region.
