At these workshops you will enjoy food, while learning and tasting new flavours and textures that make a perfect pair and discover new techniques. People will be divided into small groups; a Chef from the Basque Culinary Center will teach you the recipes that will be cooked by COLLA-BORATING and WORKING IN TEAMS. You will cook 3 dishes, which you will enjoy and pair with the best Valdemar wine to live a phenomenal experience. You will learn to cook, discovering cooking strategies, the source of the products and, in general, anything surrounding this culinary event. We will end with a CONTEST where we will pick the best presentation. All the participants will take their aprons home, so they may continue to cook when they get back.
