The proof will be in a private tasting lunch at the cellars where wines from the house will be specifically paired with dishes to show both to their best advantage.
During the afternoon discover other local specialties of Reims; the biscuit rose and the local cheeses and mustards. La Maison Fossier is home to the traditional pink Champagne de Reims biscuits, where you can join a cooking class to learn how to make some of the most delicious French patisseries yourself.
