Then, your driver-guide will drive you to Marseillan, which sits on a large lagoon, the Étang de Thau, and is the southern entry to the Canal du Midi. Visit the city, walk through the cobbled streets and enjoy the South of France Art-de-Vivre. Marseillan is one of the oldest cities in France. Lunch at a nice restaurant by the port, which is a protected heritage site. Head back to your hotel to enjoy the pool and the Spa. Late afternoon, embark on a boat ride on the Etang de Thau lake to admire the beautiful and unique scenery.
Your driver will take you to the House of Noilly Prat, which for more than two centuries, has been perpetuating unique know-how to produce the oldest and most famous French vermouth. Enjoy private vermouth tastings, taste 4 different vermouths, and have a cocktail workshop based on the Spritz and the Dry Martini. A convivial experience, rich in discoveries and very interactive.
